I did not like anything from technology to work culture or compensation nothing.

There are lot of things Management needs to work on. 1. They do not consider employee as a human at all, they are treating as an object or slave to whom they are paying 2. No Work Life balance, providing estimates withouth asking and then pushing to work for 12-14 hours daily. 3. After destroying the life completely, a 4 % increment given, reason is that market is down. 4. They do not have any thing in a manner, like there is no escalation process, no HR aligned to you. If you try to raise any query using ticketing system, they will simply close it without even your concern or even no discussion. One line reply will there from the team. 1. Salary and hikes % could be a concern . 2. Initially for a fresher there would be 4-5 internal hikes bi-annually going to happen as per the Grade . 3. When it comes to Promotion, you can expect after 2 or 2.5 yrs (For Fresher ) . Best of Luck 🤞
