I did not like anything from technology to work culture or compensation nothing.

Dislikes

There are lot of things Management needs to work on. 1. They do not consider employee as a human at all, they are treating as an object or slave to whom they are paying 2. No Work Life balance, providing estimates withouth asking and then pushing to work for 12-14 hours daily. 3. After destroying the life completely, a 4 % increment given, reason is that market is down. 4. They do not have any thing in a manner, like there is no escalation process, no HR aligned to you. If you try to raise any query using ticketing system, they will simply close it without even your concern or even no discussion. One line reply will there from the team. P.S. there are many other points that make it a really bad place to work. Don't join it until you are not dying because of job.

1. Work Culture is pretty good 2. One can expect a Work Life Balance while working here . 3. Provides work opportunity from Home as well permanently. 4. You will get the learning opportunities through their own learning portals which are good in their own way as everything is well structured there . 5. Job Security is there , No worries about that as per my understanding. 6. REST likes you can explore while working here . Best of luck for your future endeavours 🤗.

1. Salary and hikes % could be a concern . 2. Initially for a fresher there would be 4-5 internal hikes bi-annually going to happen as per the Grade . 3. When it comes to Promotion, you can expect after 2 or 2.5 yrs (For Fresher ) . Best of Luck 🤞

It is just Hire and fire company. No job security. HR person do not help to provide any project. I joined this company Sep22 for HSBC project. I have given client technical interview. My interview cleared but no boarding not done. Reporting manager (Sarang Goyal) given false commitment. He also do not allowed me to approach another project. Reporting manager was forcing me to complete the trainings which have no scope. At last NTT Data fired me at the time market was very worst condition. According to me it is worst company. If anybody have another offer he/she should join there.

No job security. HR did wrong commitment. I got salary 2lakh less as per offer. I talked many times HR (Monicavally). She commit it will be implement next year. But not implemented at last.

..Lack of Job Security: One downside is the lack of job security. There’s always a bit of uncertainty, and more focus on job stability would greatly improve the experience for employees.

... of respect for employees, with management and team leads treating staff poorly. Promotions are nonexistent, and employees are expected to work on Saturdays without compensation. Even taking a single day off requires excessive justification and proof. The company does not prioritize employee well-being or professional growth. The leadership lacks proper training, which reflects in their management style. Choosing to work here was one of the worst decisions of my career, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before joining
