I worked at this firm for a few months and I observed that there is no respect for the dignity of work. If your position falls between L0 and L3, you are treated poorly, almost as if you are the lowest-ranking person in the company. Employees in these positions are not treated as human beings. The company sets unrealistic targets and has unreachable expectations, which can negatively impact your work-life balance. The higher management is the worst, and it feels like a very political company. It seems like anyone skilled in office politics can get ahead. There are many dislikes. The manager that i was working for doesnt even have the talent of an IC. I was never given the opportunity to showcase my work. Like changing me in 4 different teams in last two months? No talent mapping had been done. High politics involved.

Clients are erratic and nonsensical. Team managers are double-standard snakes. Fake, big promises in town hall in front of clients but none of them are followed. Ask candidates to leave without any reason. Hollow company fully. Appraisals are 2% by giving reasons for the company's cost-cutting. Directors, reporting managers who are sycophants of management pocket the employee's appraisal money.
