1) No, chance of increment and they confess this ( though this is a good thing) during the interview process. 2) No chance of growth. 3) No chance of increasing your salary, even after working here for 2/3 years. 4) Salary range is very low. 5) Salary range will also not increase even after working here for 2/3 years. (They also confess this during interview) 6) They deduct salaries for 1/2 minutes of late.
