Poor human resource management. HR department head is not at all supportive. Rest HR officers are good. Too much politics in company. Technically sound seniors are very very few. A lot of donkey work

my teammates good cooperation we are enjoining our work but we have no chance to improve our skills. All important works are maintained under one man. Daily strength report preparing and issue of tokens in all workers and security and mobilizers and prepare all mobilizers travelling expences and prepare medical bills and company vehicle bills. In every month workers salary disbursement.

Very risky to do job here, HR management is good but Department head is mad , lots of partiality did here. Need to change the production management on priority otherwise company will suffer.
