Overall, the operations/development department is good.

I joined the IT support function where no one could sustain for more than 6 months. The IT support department is being run by a corrupt director who is always focus on his commission in procurement and a manager who doesn't know how an IT support department works. HR and HR policies are another worst part. They won't listen to you.

One man Army, CEO Anudeep Bhatia is the one who takes decisions for all the leadership team behalf, all Board/Managers are puppets of him and no self respect. whoever raises voice will be shut with a termination threat (Has to resign n leave). Nsight, Inc (USA) & 4Sight Solutions Pvt Ltd (India) both are Holding & Subsidiary companies respectively. Employees keep on changing because of the Management behavior and cheap politics and you must leave your personal life and work 24/7. Business Operations is taken for granted so HR, Admin staff changes for every 6 months. CEO acts like trusting his employees but he don't even believe his own family. Nsight has taken good precautions for the safety of employees and followed all the guidelines given by government and WHO.

Dislikes

Have to more focus on HR policies and employee's should be given more flexibility to show their skills and talent which will be best to represent Nsight. Main problem is Mangers have managing skills but surely lack behind with leadership skills. Due to which they will be in dilemma to accept any challenges.
