Likes

The Assistant-Professors at the Department of English of Nowgong College are really friendly. Their compassionate behaviour, intellectual insight and enthusiasm helped me a lot to learn and grow as a professional.

Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The authority pressurises the teachers a lot. That's the only asterisk in an otherwise amazing institute.

Work Details

Quite fun. It's the perfect balance between a relaxed and a hectic schedule.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
