NowFloats Technologies was one of the best, competing with JustDial, IndiaMart, TradeIndia uptill 2016. They had the best work-culture, good relations with their customers, lucrative awards for their employees. The 4 founders- Mr. Nitin Jain, Mr. Ronak Samantray, Mr. Neeraj Sabharwal, Mr. Jasminder Gulati never treated their subordinates as their employees but as their brothers or friends and it was a good family to stay in and we did really well under their leadership. And so were the city heads. I can tell you all of these senior management team were the pillar of NowFloats The business was booming and everything went quiet well. Then a virus entered the system naming Satesh Kohli. What you see presently or hear about NowFloats is all due to the conspirator Kohli. It is still unknown why the top management team relied on this fraud person at this extent that we ex-employees still get threatening calls from our customers. Company don't pay you the incentives.Work lif balance is not there. Over working exhausts employees. Customers are not at all satisfied. They sue you on behalf of company due to malpractices. Not good salary structure. Worst organization to work ever.Please don't join.

At Nowfloats Technologies, I've observed a few challenges. Frequent layoffs have created uncertainty, and there have been instances where promised compensations were not provided as outlined in the offer letter. Additionally, a lack of transparency from management and involvement in office politics has affected the overall work environment.

THE COMPANY RECENTLY LAID OFF THE ENTIRE MARKETING TEAM AND 60% of the existing employees through FORCED RESIGNATION. Since it is a small scale company, the work is managed by COO , CFO who have their own set of tantrums. Pathetic work culture and employee welfare as they hold salaries, do not give any benefits.
