Company don't pay you the incentives.Work lif balance is not there. Over working exhausts employees. Customers are not at all satisfied. They sue you on behalf of company due to malpractices. Not good salary structure. Worst organization to work ever.Please don't join.

Poor management, no work life balance, policy can change anytime without informing employees and they will force you to sign it, no bonus, join if you're ready to work 16-18 hrs a day for 6 or sometimes 7 days a week.
