A lot to list down here: #Indian team is terrible slow and a decade backward on the digital front. #Most departments are terrible like classical Indian culture where employees are overworked and underpaid. I can name few like RAC and other so called research departments. #Politics is everywhere. Either you fit or get isolated ruining your career here #No budget for anything. Once a good company now terrible beyond saving in some departments Old people looking for a place to stay ready to do anything(I mean it) to convince manager this is your perfect place. Denmark team is extremely helpful and supportive. Company policies are average. some of the co-workers are extremely helpful.

Dislikes

Leadership is horrible some bunch of senseless and egoistic People are part of leadership India they have so much time that they play political games and the environment is so negative because of them. Appraisal are more dependable on some leaders perfection never fair.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The pressure is medium. Some times, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
