If you are hard working and eager to learn, there are ample opportunities for learning however it has to be self driven

- Work pressure is very high and no work life balance - No respect for employees - More than 50-60% attrition in last 2 quarters - All core people and senior tech leadership has left. Mostly freshers are there now, 70-80% of the team - No clear vision, top management is confused and keeps changing priorities - Top management not aligned with each other and too much conflicts and politics. - Projected as a tech startup but no CTO or architects stay even for 1 whole year. The salary is on time no matters what but no proper appraisals nor promotion always their is a reason of something or the others worked for 3yrs in which my salary went from 22k to 26k pathetic
