I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Company current management was terrible, do not have any active product, only ask billing billing and billing. When we ask after billing to active service (HDFC), management absolutely deny. Any way overall current situation was not good, 80% Bengal Team are Resign in just one month.
