Culture becomes too toxic at times with biases and favouritism towards a particular employee. They will also expect you to be in office and work and even if you have to work late (by 8/9 pm), you have to be in office by 8:30-9:30 (mandatory hours), they say your average working hours in office have to be minimum 8.5 hours. minimum 3days in a week which eventually turns out almost 4 days in a week to be in office. WFH is on paper , if you take it will be presumed that you are not working. Learning becomes staggered eventually with time. Best to work only till 2-3 years.
