Work load is extensive. You have multiple online or offline meetings in a day. Your weekends are also occupied with or other medical events. RMA with 2-3 yrs of experience have not seen any career growth. Time and comfort of external stakeholders is respected more than of employees. You do meetings at odd hours. Even on leaves you’ll be called for some work. Biggest problem at Novo Nordisk is work life balance only. You’ll finish a meeting at 10pm at night and early morning you’ll start working from 830am. Stress on medical staff is too much. Leadership has old ideologies. They don’t allow or respect adult consensual relationships among employees. There is enough corporate politics as you climb to the ladder. Salary is industry standard and increment is 5-8% per year. Performance bonus is never 100%....Read More
