No Professionalism, Some departments are treated as an Liability, Management thinks they are more richer than Bill Gate, Adani,s and Ambani,s. Treat all employees badly as if all are at their Mercy, Forgetting that they are humans, They forget that one day they will also die and they will not take anything with them.

Everything is Bad and pathetic. My reporting manager Mrs. Manisha Porwal she is the biggest reason of leaving this job. On daily basis she will tell you negative comments and order like she is the company owner and speak about your salary and she will pressure you to put down your paper (to give resignation) without our any mistakes. This type of behaviour she has showed all the employees who are all reporting to her and because of her terrible nature and attitude me and my friend became job less and HR will not take concern about all this things just simply terminate you or forcefully make you to resign.
