It is a very relaxed environment. not much work as most of the work is done by vendors.

There is a lot of regional favouritism. If you are from Andhra/Telangana, there is growth. Else, you will be in the same band for 10 years. Every two year there are transformations. That impacts your work. Current leadership team has moved to Hyderabad. They do not have that business knowledge.

Novartis(Bangladesh) Limited management team taking care of employee health but in Sandoz toxic people are leading to killing the reputation of Novartis. They are not following company policy to separate people from the organization. They are depriving many employees even. Managers do not value an individual's unique strength. Liking and disliking is Sandoz's policy. The Sandoz Management team had implemented many falls drama to reduce headcount in many years. They had threatened employees to resign from their job. They did misguide some employees to give written complain against their supervisor(manager) and made a commitment to about their job but after committing the purpose they forced them to resign and did not provide any long term benefits. They did not provide me any long term benefit they(management) force me to resign. I am deprived a lot financially and professionally. Their toxic behavior forced me to resign from my job. Even they had spread propaganda aginst me that destroy my social and personal image as a result I could not found a job till now. Country head, Francize head, Head commercial, sales managers are used to oiling, and like someone will give oil always. There is no integrity in their activities. Sales Manager Mohammad Shahadat Hossain is a discount provider in his Regional manager tenure, used colleagues credit /debit card, cash money to compensate chemist discount, and became the best regional manager in the year 2018( if you investigate former Pabna region salesforce you will get the clear picture of Shahadate's activities. Mr. Umar Faruk has resigned from his job due to his debit card use by Mr. Shahadat to provide discount to chemists. Even though just before his promotion to sales manager his team colleague product was found in the wholesales market as a discounted price. But his oiling expertise did not any hamper his promotion. Laid back, Best for someone who wants a boring job with good pay after having 5-6 years of experience. Great work-life balance and company culture.

Dislikes

Highly hierarchical structure. No scope for promotions without completing the 2 years per role requirement. No competitive salary. No challenging tasks. Anything more complex than a drag and drop would be delegated to some consultancy.

No growth in the organisation, you need to be a slave under someone to seek some growth, leadership won’t trust the individual.
