Dislikes

Associate are more capable and skill full than managers. Managers perform admin tasks only and have revenge approach towards themselves and associates. Some makes a cartel, hence cannot be exposed. Company policies are ambiguous and keep changing. Incapable managers use it to take revenge between themselves and associates. Novartis is dying organisation. Please observe yourselves.

Laid back, Best for someone who wants a boring job with good pay after having 5-6 years of experience. Great work-life balance and company culture.

Dislikes

Highly hierarchical structure. No scope for promotions without completing the 2 years per role requirement. No competitive salary. No challenging tasks. Anything more complex than a drag and drop would be delegated to some consultancy.
