Unlimited sick leaves and paternity leave is that the company provides provides the employees that mental space and improves overall work life balance. A lot of emphasis is given on the culture, values and behaviours thereby giving employees the sense of direction and belonging. Its has toxic work culture. The management does not care about the employees concerns. Although there is grievances cell, but it just exists on papers. The management and HR will always listen to the Manager and are very skewed towards them even though she/he may be harassing the teammates. All people who leave Novartis will have the same issue....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
