Unlimited sick leaves and paternity leave is that the company provides provides the employees that mental space and improves overall work life balance. Dislikes

Its has toxic work culture. The management does not care about the employees concerns. Although there is grievances cell, but it just exists on papers. The management and HR will always listen to the Manager and are very skewed towards them even though she/he may be harassing the teammates. All people who leave Novartis will have the same issue.
