Wow, such a fantastic organisation. If you have a specific flair for slander, groupthink, racism, or favouritism, Nova will recruit you.

Dislikes

The cluster head, cluster HR, and centre head are all closed individuals. They believe themselves to be Nova's deity. They are able to dictate everyone's fate. However, God will one day destroy all bad deeds and behaviour. Only goat-like persons were employed. Talented individuals are not welcome on Nova.

Overall okay experience working here..pay is really less in comparison to the mkt trend..wprk life balance is based on your boss..job security is not at all here.

The org is trying to follow a corporate culture..have to go a long way..internal politics which makes the working environment pathetic..this is the only bad thing here which we'll find everywhere
