I worked with Nova since 2017. It was having a great corporate culture. But very sorry to say that from December 2019 when the management changed the company started behaving like a local startup. And as a result one day they called me and asked to put my resignation. And I had to. They are not at all supporting through covid 19 than to ruin my career.

From Dec 2019 when the management changed everything was changed. Lot of politics. Nepotism. Below quality employees holding higher positions. No freedom of work. Overall faced a worst situation in my whole career. Then asked to put resignation and had to do that.
