It is one of the waste clg because in this college no salary no internet no systems even no staff room

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management have more problems, no increment salary finally it is one of the waste college

Likes

The college is very nice to work. Mostly we will interact with students we will support to them in all activities. Management is also very supportive. I learned so many things.

Dislikes

Work experience is very good. Sometimes we have to work on Sundays . But for that we will compensation. It's good to start career in that college.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
