Company is good only the Derivatives OTC Reconciliation is horrible where too many manual work and they target one person to take up the workload

I am talking as per the team OTC Derivatives Reconciliation growth and compensation is terrible where people do see your work the client congratulates whereas your team superior doesn't even bother they only think your a slave to them. There is a terrible work life balance they dont even bother if your health is worst you have to work. They target one person to give all the workload and other superior rest and the manager supports it. They will also not let you to move internal purpose fully they will make your IJP gets rejected. Too much favoritism by the manager only the slang and the standards in the team used by Team superior is terrible. A team means it to be a group of people work along to keep the client or work goes soomthly whereas in this team the Manager only use divide and concur method among the team whosoever is there favourite the will always target the individuals of the team. Absolutely brilliant company to start up career. Northern trust provides opportunity for each individual to grow in terms of roles, designation, via forums, talents etc. Work culture is sophisticated and transport facility is best and safest. I like the way Co encourages physically disabled people to work.

Dislikes

Comparitivly Northern is not that great in terms of bonus. However a lot of competition when it comes to career growth. The work pressure is very high and have to extend my working hours. Sometimes individuals hardwork and potential strength may go unnoticed. There is no international relocation and business trips

One of the best organisation i have ever worked with... is Northern trust.. work culture is really really good.. i was working as SA in NT for more than 3 years and i really enjoyed my stint in NT..I had got very good team mates who where really supportive and kind to me... always ready to help any situations... and so TL's and managers.... up lines will never behave like they are senior to you... you can always walk up to them in case of issue / concerns and they are will help you in this.... you will get ample of opportunities for growth.. manager them self walk up to you for your betterment....About Politics.. you will find in every organisation because everyone obviously his/her growth and they opt their own way to achieve the target.. so we should have our own way to tackle politics..work environment is like employee would like to work in office.. they are celebrating each and every fes in office together... so i liked it... no doubt about work like balance because they are giving everything which normal employee expecting " as employee"...Read More
