If any one has passed out right from College can join here or if u have been a manager elsewhere and you want to settle here without any competition or responsibility or meritocracy..no reporting... you are the kingmaker for your department and no is to ask you.... There was no calculation or evaluation based on numbers and utilisation..works purely based in politics in a very cheap level..u don't need to work hard or even do smart work....u need to be in good books that's all... ppl who do huge errors gets promoted whereas the ones who have achieved quality and piloting the process migration don't even get a certificate of appreciation nor any benefits and benifits are like 5000 divided by all... which is again used for team lunch...wen one works Hard and some Just stay cool ...hikes here are very bad and they keep telling you the same cut copy paste for everyone . you can't even justify here and reclaim your feedback because they don't have any data records of utilisation...here managers and above don't do anything ...just simply sitting monthly getting.
