Worst place to start your career, apart from Front office staff ...all other staff were good.

Dislikes

Worst place to start your career, teammates are not supportive. Management is not transparent. Salary is not upto, the time and dadication they take from an employee

Company Management had misplaced priorities due to lack of hospitality industry experience and WelcomHeritage had only provided franchisee.

Dislikes

Unethical work culture fraught with internal politics prevailed, with no career growth path defined, no training or skill improvement opportunity provided, appraisal were meagre and had no logic or given due consideration to inputs by the staff, work life balance got thrown out of the window.
