Reason to give this poor ratings is just because of the process which noon has given to Altruist technology private Ltd where I was working and spent there 1 year completely but the experience was terrific even I didn't receive my F&F after one year. Very terrible company Altruist is. Never recommend anyone to join this.

Working at noon.com is the opportunity which everyone will feel pride to get it but my working experience is not too much good because I am not working directly it is a process based job with ATPL and its seniors are very rude do not have manners to talk and always pressurized their employee especially TL is too much misbehaviour and do not know how to deal with their agents, thus I am unfortunate right now to start with ATPL and noon.com is over all good and problem is all about ATPL....Read More

Dislikes

No work life balance, toxic work culture, mud slinging, and dirty politics among employees and team management. Treating employees as poor labors and managers throwing employees under the bus in the name of brotherhood. Smudge and arrogant leaders across departments and the HR dept will act and respond differently (based on how much your package is). People working in UAE think themselves way superior to people working in India (having a coding background doesn't make you a good employee let alone a good human and having a good package doesn't guarantee having a personality either)....Read More

They have their lots of conditions if you are think like slave you can only work here otherwise dont waste your talent here this is such bad company i have ever seen in my life i am working here in jaipur Iksula now now process the client is very dominating in our contract clearly mention 5 days working but client wants us to do sixdays working, take break according to him you want to take or not it doesn’t even matters and weekoff and shift are also according to you, if you are female please dont join here they do not provide any facilities here you have to night shift they will say you can do wfh but it will be completely depends on clients mood and their no cab facilities there is very big scam be aware with this company don’t go on hype for international company guys...Read More
