I have been working here for more than 3 years, I used to love this company and the work culture. I have worked with 100% dedication and do what I was asked by my seniors. Everyone was very helpful and supportive and some of them still are, and I am very grateful that I got the opportunity to work here with such a beautiful people around me.

I used to love noon because of its work culture and the environment, however from the last one & a half years the work culture and the environment are very toxic. Although, the people are helpful but they have made the work culture worst. I never say no to any work or to anything, but the way they asked is like, that we are working under some kind of ruler and they made us do what they want. Setting the targets without discussing with the team. Putting anyone in any random shift, asking to work 2-3 hours extra and I am not against to work extra because I have been doing it for so long, but the way they asked is not the professional way. They made us do things and it feels like that if we don't do as they say, we will loose our jobs....Read More

Dislikes

No work life balance, toxic work culture, mud slinging, and dirty politics among employees and team management. Treating employees as poor labors and managers throwing employees under the bus in the name of brotherhood. Smudge and arrogant leaders across departments and the HR dept will act and respond differently (based on how much your package is).
