Good support from team leaders with good work environment and a great platform to work and learn lots of things. Salary is low below expectations with little bit politics. Very less interactions with the team members.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

Dislikes

Work culture is bad. Manager never listen to you. Less resource available. They change rules without any prior notice. Alternate Saturdays are working day. You will get appraisal after one year. Compensation is very less compare to outside. 3 years bond is worst thing in this organisation. Mobile is not allowed inside like its DRDO or ISRO level company but it is not.
