Grouping is there. Unless a person is close to some decision maker, will not be acknowledged. Most of the projects are running in "let's see" mode. Almost zero management of project. Force indirectly to work on weekend. Unreal timeline.

There is no fixed timing as long as the work is delivered. The work culture is not as toxic as in other companies. Everyone is polite and respectful.

The scope to learn is really really limited. They pay almost the same amount to graduates as well as postgraduates with a business degree if they start as a fresher.
