Wonderful work culture. Although its subjective, but the seniors and management are very approachable. Awesome work life balance. But if you are looking for career progression or to be precise more aggressive career growth all the above mentioned qualities to a great extent are a hindrance.

Dislikes

None I would say. How to handle what is offered to you and what is perception of career progression is what really matters. Nokia is one of the best place to work at.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
