The culture in corporate office is very inclusive and fun. You get a lot of opportunities to learn only if you are in the right team. Current situation has been different though.

Dislikes

The top management fails you to provide with a clear direction. My bad, top management provides you with a direction and then take a U turn from that direction. Overall very haphazard and not a good company to join as of now.

At the time of covid situation company start taking forcefully resignation from their employees. They are start man power reduction. Even we are work with Sterlite from last more than 5 years.

Only consistent thing is the frustration among all, company culture revolves around few 4-8 people who will not let anyone survive. All decisions are taken by 1-2

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
