The best thing about the company is that the employees are so helpful and co-operative, you will never feel left-out, they are always there to help you , there is timely meetings with the line managers so that you can share your problems and doubts regarding any problem you are facing in the company, the work life balance is quite good , also these guys provide you a lot of learning materials and tutorials so that you can easily adjust in the industry. coming to the job security , conversion rate from internship to full time , the probability is less as it is a mass recruiter so you have to work very hard to prove yourself among the 100s of candidates .

I am an ex employee of Nokia, where I was working as offrole, before joining Nokia I have experience around 5.8 years, I was join Nokia on 30 sep 2019 they have taken 18 days for background verification,i don't know why they are not doing verification before joining? After that I have taken leave for my marriege on Jan 2020 mid month, on 28th of Jan I reached on location, on same day my Consultantancy gives me notice period after one month,28 Feb 2020, I already talk with manager many times before going to home, but after that they all are told us ramp down going on in company, so we can't help all of you, no project is there.... Like that, and once project will be come, we will inform you, now for 3 and half month I am jobless, I want to ask Nokia team why they are hiring us? If every month of last year nokia facing ramp down situation, I also work with Ericssion but they never fired any offrole, I am only guy of my guardian and family for take care ,I want to ask everyone how will take care of my family? Why they are playing with collueges carrier and life? This is the worst experience to Comes in Nokia....Read More
