Company where you can get work life balance and skill development. It is very employee friendly company but again all depends on your manager and project. Cab facilitate are there. IJP are available.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
