Likes

Nokia work culture is excellent like most MNC. Most of employees been working here for many years. Nokia always works on latest technologies, be it telecom or software techs. Overall one of best companies to work for long innings.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The employee benefits are negligible. Nokia has been on recession mode for almost a decade now. Nokia has never laid off, but cost cutting has been affecting salary hikes. Most of Nokia employees are grossly underpaid from market standards.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

Great people and work culture. Excellent working environment. Latest teech stack to use. But low salaries hikes.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
