Dislikes

I have spend 14 years in nokia .was memorable joinery..but last 1.5 year I was facing lot of issues there more politics there .I was CNS.dept ..I have discussed with my LM hiren barot but nothing will change ..he behaves like that I am not part of nokia.

Looking for advice on how to navigate career as a data engineer

Hi, I have recently joined TCS as a fresher and i am looking to break into data engineering. Previously I was working as a Python developer intern at Nokia(10 months) , but due to the recession I didn't get the PPO. Now at Tcs i have got a support role with low tech involvement. I fear that I might lose my development edge here and won't be able to move into data engineering. I would be grateful for any advice on how I can navigate the situation. I have also started to learn about data engineering.
