If you want to do something you can put your views to the senior and your views will be considered +ly. In NPCL you will get exposure of my departments because here transfers are done every 3-4 years.

In operations department you must be available 24*7. If there is any breakdown in your area then you are responsible to attend that irrespective of time or day of a week.
