Their job is to collect data and lure other company's staff to join them and misuse them and then harass the employee, even saying that F&F has been frozen, nothing is good for me, working in this company after no break is like shooting yourself in the foot

1. They don't give time to freshers,after 1 month if a new joinee have 0 revenue then they put him/her on PIP . So In my point of view they give some to the freshers. 2. Higher authority doesn't listen about the situation of the employee.

In NBH Salary is worst part, here we can't compare with current market Salary on your role. The hike percentage is very less. There will no IJP release on every 6 months. Especially higher level people don't give any value to who don't generate revenue to the company and they don't value Softwar Team. Always give high preference to .com people. We can't able to request for Cab facilities and 2 days week off. They don't provide WFH facility for few departments. Lot of partiality in internal management....Read More
