Initially they gave a good hike in salary. And later on they started terminating those employees who have higher salary. This only implies to the employees at ground level. For managers, hike in salary doesn't result in burden for organisation. Such a creepy management.

There's is no discipline in the management. All immatured guys who dont have proper experience and skills are been appointed as seniors and they try to dominate others. Only seniors have their job security as they point out on juniors when they are not able to achieve the targets and they dismissed the juniors despite they themselves lack in their skills and not able to derive the conclusion. Worst management ever I have seen. They don't give proper reason while dismissing. They deliberately give out unusual target to dismiss someone whom they dont want in their organisation. For them there are no policies to be followed for such employees but when they want to retain someone at their choice they ask to follow up the policies strictly. The HR are also the puppets of managers. They don't have their own decisions nor they do follow the policies. They just follow the orders of managers. Attration rate is high....Read More

Nothing but I would like to say several things which is listed below

1. Work life balance is too bad 2. They will be promising you with several benefits in salary but it is not given even if you perform good. 3. they will not double pay you on national holidays instead they will give you comp off that too in condition by manager's approval where you cannot take comp off in sat, sundays and fridays 4.working hours per week is 54 to 72 hrs where if you are in middle of the city you cannot reach at correct time. 5. tools and tech is awful and cannot be explained 6. I worked in a desk job where everything will be carried out in google services which is totally unrelated as per industrial standards and pay is less compared to other companies and competitors. 7. sunday is not a holiday for most of the designations whereas you can take leave on monday or some other weekdays....Read More

No proper mentoring/support/KT and fixed policy. High attrition rates. Using of only Google spreadsheet OJT is not proper as they didn't have any proper training modules. Communication happens through whatsapp which leads to personal space interference.

In NBH Salary is worst part, here we can't compare with current market Salary on your role. The hike percentage is very less. There will no IJP release on every 6 months. Especially higher level people don't give any value to who don't generate revenue to the company and they don't value Softwar Team. Always give high preference to .com people.
