No recognition, no work life balance, no difference between a technically supporting employee and normal non technical employee. Rotational week for support team that too only 1 day in a week you don't know when u get that 1 day off.

Giving all resale leads because they have resale leads only and asking to do primary sale from it. Giving unreasonalble target 3cr to an employee with 45-50K salary per month.
