1. No work life balance (9-10 hours minimum) 2. No proper payout (25K) 3. Being inhouse no promotions from past 2.5 years. 4. Fake promises over work, promotions and hike. 5. Managers working in online counseling are less talented than associates, they don't know anything and useless as most of the teams running without pilot. 6. If you ask for promotion aur upgrade they will transfer you to multiple departments and again other team treats you like fresher. 7. FAKE WARNINGS in the name of ZTP. Zero growth especially in online counseling only bulshit they can give. And during appraisal they said because of xyz reason they cannot give any appraisal so manage or leave company....Read More

This organisation is not working properly and has many loop holes. It only promotes senior's family people to join. Like the director he has brought his girlfriend and 2 brothers in PW. Many more examples.

Manager here is not at all supportive. They do not manage but only gives stress like a time bomb and keeps giving threat to over work or else will fire. They hire freshers and fires them later telling your salary is too high so no appraisal

Nothing at all, I had faced a very bed experience. There is no streamline management here. To arrange your own interview, you need to take follow up of them and after interview chirag will not even answer your call and he is not having manners to inform the candidate about selection or rejection atleast. Chirag will simply avoid your calls. With few reference I came to know that they are creating politics by giving job to only Hindi people, not allowing local candidate even when they clear interview rounds....Read More
