The compensation is decent as per market but work pressure is very high. Work life balance is very poor. Any time you get a call and you will need to answer it. There is no collaboration among team. No on job training and no dedicated training, hence you don’t learn anything new while on job. Needs just sales only, not ready to face challenges of the market.

There is nothing that inspires me to work at Nobel Biocare. If manager receives any sort of escalation. Everything is blamed on team & in backfire response, facilities like work from provided by HR is curtailed to punish entire team.

There is no job security at this place. Every now and then if you raise any concerns with your manager, response we get is you can get another job if you don't like to work here. Instead of getting any solution, you will be targeted directly. there is no career growth specially for begineers. Politics is on par. Work environment is poisonous. There is no work life balance at all.

Work Details

I am working as a network engineer for more than a year. This is the worst place with worst experience i have been through to work. Just looking for better opportunity and not repeating similar mistake to select a wrong firm ahead.
