Company is very much secure towards the employee Its medical facility to the employees is very much admirable. Salary benefits are good. Money benefits to the family after employee death during service period is very good.

Dislikes

This is purely wormen and union oriented company. To do any work through workmen is very difficult for an officer. Work culture is not so good.

I am working as a Sr manager mechanical in Crushing plant dep5 in NMDC Bacheli. My job is related to bulk material handling. Production and mechanical maintenance ,updation of integrated mamanagement system documents. Planning of major works.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
