Co employees are cooperative and good.

Dislikes

Management is very poor. Intentionally they show low profit in business and make money from other way. Not treat employees with good eyes and benefits. Grossery shop may be better than this company.

In starting of the job it was better but as the time spent it keeps on becoming worst. It because the management are busy in making profit for them no progress to employees. Job is uncertain any time they can remove from the post.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
