One of the worst CRO in India. If you work here and want to change job later, your experience is not counted. The culture is pathetic. Only selected few peoples are getting good increment and bonus. If you are working in Syngene/Aragen/Sai/Aurigene/Jubilant/TCG/Piramal etc and want to come here in NJBIO, it's your biggest mistake inyour life and you will cry. The rent of house around NJBIO is very high for e.g. 1BHK will be 40,000/- per month and you will have to pay two months' rent brokerage (Rs80,000/-). After one year broker will again ask for brokerage for renewal. If you refuse to pay brokerage, they will through you out of home. If you want to stay in cheaper house you will have to travel in local, which is nightmare.
