Nothing to like. A highly hyprocratic Gujarati company.

They pay the salary on 5th of every month and not on 30th of every month and they claim that they are no 1 company. More preference is only given to Gujaratis and rest others are not at all given any growth. The organisation is very much biased towards Gujaratis. 99% of the Zonal Heads are Gujaratis. All the meetings will be conducted in Hindi only and insist the employees to learn Hindi. Very difficult to get growth in this organisation if you are a non Gujarati. They get the work done from you like a hell and in return pay the employees only peanuts. Talents and skills are all least important in this company. Zonal HR are inefficient and they completely rely on the local team members for new employees recruitment. HR doesn't have a say on the Employee welfare. They are mere glorified backends with fancy HR designations. They get the work done from everyone and pay well only Gujaratis....Read More

Nothing, They will only teach Excel/ pipe . What ever I done it was all about self learning

1st of all all your bosses will involve in the decision, No time limit for EOD . Lot of Excel work . Bad attitude no freedom If u will join and if u want to move in AMC no AMC will take you . Lot of politics. Specially in East zone if you are going to join in the Divesh kakkad team or Kaushik Ghosh team , request and suggest to you please don't join them these both are will make only fool , these both are very very less knowledgeable specially Mr Divesh kakkad . Even they will talk about the ethics but when it's about the manager thye will forget about ethics. So over all NJ group is good , all upper management is so dominant but u can survive well . Dont have Leadership from South based Regional Managers and Newly Promoted Zonal Managers - Micro Management , No Inputs or training . Only End Result expected. Zero Support and He will available after 1PM to Office post that till 10 PM only questioning. No Training Skill or Presentation Skill , Which leads to demotivation to downline employees and Business Partners, Which leads to high attrition. Only few old Business partners are doing business and new partners not getting enough support and Regional Manager and Zonal manager are asking all their KRA related questions to them without adding any value addition to develop their business.
