They pay the salary on 5th of every month and not on 30th of every month and they claim that they are no 1 company. More preference is only given to Gujaratis and rest others are not at all given any growth. The organisation is very much biased towards Gujaratis. 99% of the Zonal Heads are Gujaratis. All the meetings will be conducted in Hindi only and insist the employees to learn Hindi. Very difficult to get growth in this organisation if you are a non Gujarati. They get the work done from you like a hell and in return pay the employees only peanuts. Talents and skills are all least important in this company. Zonal HR are inefficient and they completely rely on the local team members for new employees recruitment. HR doesn't have a say on the Employee welfare.
