Dont have Leadership from South based Regional Managers and Newly Promoted Zonal Managers - Micro Management , No Inputs or training . Only End Result expected. Zero Support and He will available after 1PM to Office post that till 10 PM only questioning. No Training Skill or Presentation Skill , Which leads to demotivation to downline employees and Business Partners, Which leads to high attrition.
