I was working as an associate software Engineer at NITS SOLUTIONS. All the team members are friendly and helping to each other that is good point but work load is very terrible.

Company working timing is very terrible and bad timing. Work load is very much No Health and medical insurance facility for employees No cafeteria

Technical lead and seniors were helpful and supportive and learning environment with them. but the Hr persons were diplomatic and doing lots of politics for only favour to their relatives and loving ones. There is no job security and no such policies if you complain against the wrong thing happened to you.

Dislikes

No balanced life. No perks if you give extra working hours. Working hours always extended in nights. Groupism and politics is always there. No good % of hike in salary even though if your manager and HR provide you good feedbacks.
