Organization was like home until Covid, There was a lot of scope and satisfaction. We dedicated our career to Nirmaan without second Thought. Then arrived Covid in the form of human.

Dislikes

The New Boss, who only spew venom and divides employees basis on the departments and projects but markets himself as a monk. Totally one sided and a psychopath. Everyone should bow down, else he keeps grudge and he wantedly delays salary saying stupid reasons, doesn't provide reimbursements and makes the work environment hell until you resign by yourself. He can put anyone's life at stake for his ego. A group surrounds him who always praise for their job security. Since it is an NGO, the pay scale is less compared to market price.

Ammmmmmmaaazinggggg lot of learning I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.. very supportive management.
