1. I've worked as Senior Officer - Project Sales in BUKA Department at Chennai, 2. I've liked the Team Support & Salary Perks were good.

1. As in Project Sales, we've to Travel a Lot, i.e., Minimum 100 Kms per Day for New Calls Also we have to make Cold Calling for Project Sales. 2. From HR side after your joining formalities got completed they won't pick your call for any Support, poor Coordination 3.Even I had worked for 4 Months they didn't provide me the Laptop for Billing and other Stuffs. 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Dislikes

Nippon don't provide any training to their employees to enhance the skills. Salary structure is very poor. Work culture is pathetic. We have to attend calls WhatsApp msg on holidays and on leave. Resource are very less. Every year you can get the pramotion but no increment
